This 4-day / 3-night Songwoven Constellation Retreat is an invitation to go further, to stay with the field long enough for something real to shift, settle, and re-organise itself from the inside out.
Held in the quiet embrace of the Devon countryside at Newhouse Farm, we create a spacious and attentive container where individual and group constellations, song, embodiment, and shared inquiry can unfold at their own pace. Over several days, patterns have time to reveal themselves more fully. What whispers on day one often speaks clearly by day three.
We work with themes that deeply matter—family dynamics, belonging, purpose, grief, love, transitions—both personal and collective. Individual constellations are woven into group constellations, allowing shared themes to be explored in a way that is resonant, respectful, and surprisingly relieving. No one carries their story alone; the field does some of the work for us.
Song and sound move through the process as companions rather than performances—supporting emotional shifts, integration, and moments of unexpected tenderness. Embodied practices keep the work grounded, helping insights land not just as understanding, but as lived experience.
There is also time. Time to rest. Time to digest. Nourishing meals, walks in nature, and the warmth of sauna or pool allow integration to happen gently, without hurry.
This retreat is for those who feel ready to deepen their relationship with themselves and the wider weave—whether you are continuing from a Songwoven Day or arriving fresh, with curiosity and courage. Come for the constellations. Stay for the quiet transformations that happen when we listen together, over time.

Songwoven Constellations bring together systemic constellation work, embodied awareness, and the living resonance of song and sound.
Rooted in the understanding that we are shaped by family, ancestry, culture, land, and time, this work invites us to sense what usually remains unseen. Through constellations, hidden patterns and unfinished movements can come into view. Song enters not as performance, but as a way of listening — supporting moments of insight, connection, and quiet re-orientation.
Songwoven gatherings are held slowly and with care. They value presence over explanation, allowing change to happen without force. What emerges is met with curiosity and respect, often leading to subtle yet meaningful shifts: a restored sense of belonging, a burden set down, a clearer direction forward.
No prior experience is needed. You are invited to arrive as you are — and to leave a little more connected to yourself, to others, and to the wider weave you are part of.

Songwoven Constellations Day
A one-day immersion · an introduction · a remembering
Saturday 24th October, 9am - 6pm,
Chorleywood, near Rickmansworth
This Songwoven Constellation Day is an invitation for those new and curious to step into the work, and a nourishing return for those who have already journeyed through our 4 day/3 night Songwoven retreat.
In the midst of everyday life, it’s easy to forget that we move within a larger field, woven from family stories, ancestral echoes, lived experience, and quietlongings. In this one day gathering, we pause. We listen. We let the threads speak.
Through Systemic Constellations, embodied awareness, and the living resonance of song, we explore what is asking for attention now. Not to fix or force but to meet what’s present with curiosity, warmth, and shared humanity.
Song becomes a bridge. The constellation becomes a mirror. The body remembers what the mind may have set aside.
This day stands fully on its own. No prior experience is needed. It is also a beautiful continuation - an integration point, a deepening, or a gentle re-entry into the Songwoven field for those who have joined us before.
Come as you are. Leave a little more connected - to yourself, to the wider weave, and to what wants to move forward.
