We are shaped not only by our personal stories, but by the systems we belong to—family, culture, land, history. These systems live in us, often quietly, influencing how we love, choose, struggle, succeed, or feel stuck.

Systemic Family Constellations is a way of making these invisible influences visible.

Its not a therapy per say but are intoducing a way of perceiving that can enable the healing movements.

Rather than analysing the past, this work invites a wider view. It reveals how hidden loyalties, unspoken grief, interrupted bonds, or excluded stories may still be at work in the present. When these dynamics are seen and acknowledged, something often shifts, without effort, explanation, or force.

This approach was developed by Bert Hellinger, a German philosopher and psychotherapist, who observed that systems move toward balance and order when what has been overlooked is given a place. In constellation work, we listen to the intelligence of the system itself. Information can emerge that is not held consciously by any one person, yet is deeply familiar when it appears.

People often describe constellation work as both simple and profound. It doesn’t tell you what to do. It restores orientation and movement becomes possible again.

Each session begins by gently clarifying the issue you want to explore. This might relate to relationships, family patterns, life transitions, health, work, belonging, or a persistent feeling of being stuck or out of place

Using representatives (people, objects, or symbols), key elements of the system are placed in relation to one another. As the constellation unfolds, sensations, emotions, movements, and insights can arise, revealing how the system is organised and where tension or imbalance lives.

The facilitator supports the process with minimal intervention, allowing the system to guide its own reorganisation. Sometimes a few simple sentences or shifts in position are enough to restore balance. The outcome is often unexpected, yet quietly right.

A constellation is considered a one-time intervention. A minimum six-month pause is recommended afterward, allowing the work to integrate and unfold naturally in daily life..

Polish - German Reconciliation work

Together with my colleague, the German systemic constellator Rotger Heilmeier, we are opening a space for Polish–German Reconciliation Work — a constellation process dedicated to meeting history with honesty, compassion, and possibility.

This work invites us to gently explore the inherited layers of separation, loss, resilience, and belonging that live between our cultures and within our bodies. Through systemic constellations, we create room for what was silenced, honor what was endured, and allow new movement toward connection and understanding.
