You cannot heal a single human being, even with psychotherapy,
if you do not first restore their relationship to Being.
Martin Heidegger
Pausing is a doorway - an opening in the flow of our lives and their linear timings. It is a homecoming.
When we slow down and rest in the pause, we enter a moment that reveals parts of ourselves, ways of being, and subtle layers of life that often go unnoticed. Sometimes this pause arises spontaneously, with a sigh or a widening of attention; other times, it is cultivated with care. In either case, it is an invitation to return home to ourselves.
This retreat offers such a pause: a 4-day / 3-night sanctuary away from the usual demands of daily life.
Each retreat is held at the turn of the season, where nature herself shows us the art of transition:
🌱 Spring – A time of renewal and awakening. We open into growth, gently planting seeds of intention and inviting fresh energy into body and mind.
☀️ Summer – A season of fullness and vitality. We soak in warmth, expansion, and joy, celebrating the richness of life through movement, play, and connection.
🍂 Autumn – A time of letting go. We soften into release, allowing what is no longer needed to fall away, making space for clarity and inner quiet.
❄️ Winter – A season of stillness and rest. We turn inward, nurturing presence and replenishment through silence and simplicity. It is a time to embrace mystery, dwell in the unknown, and listen to the quiet voice of inner guidance.
You will be supported by attuned practices of Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Somatic Explorations, Trauma Release Exercises, and Massage, along with nourishing vegan food and many opportunities for connection—whether on shared walks, in the sauna, or simply being together by the pool.
This is a time to pause, to listen, and to come home to yourself in rhythm with the turning of the seasons.

There is a time for being ahead,
a time for being behind;
a time for being in motion,
a time for being at rest;
a time for being vigorous,
a time for being exhausted;
a time for being safe,
a time for being in danger.
one who sees things as they are,
without trying to control them.
lets them go, lets them be
and lets them come their own way, and resides at the centre of the circle
Tao Te Ching
