Soma Tree

You cannot heal a single human being, even with psychotherapy,

if you do not first restore their relationship to Being.

HOMECOMING

Pausing is a doorway, an opening in the flow of everyday life.

When we slow down, we begin to notice what usually goes unseen: subtle sensations, inner rhythms, and the quiet wisdom of the body. This retreat is an invitation to return home to yourself.

Homecoming is a 4-day / 3-night sanctuary in the beautiful countryside of Devon, offering space to rest, reconnect, and move at a gentler pace. Through a somatic approach to yoga, we explore movement from the inside out β€” cultivating body awareness, nervous system regulation, and authentic presence rather than striving for perfect form.

Held at the turning of each season, the retreat aligns with nature’s cycles:

🌱 Spring β€” renewal, awakening, and gentle beginnings.

β˜€οΈ Summer β€” vitality, expansion, and joyful connection.

πŸ‚ Autumn β€” letting go, clarity, and inner balance.

❄️ Winter β€” stillness, nourishment, and deep rest.

You will be supported through practices such as Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Somatic Explorations and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE). Nourishing vegan meals, shared walks in nature, and restorative time in the sauna and pool create space for integration, relaxation, and connection.

There is a time for being ahead,

a time for being behind;

a time for being in motion,

a time for being at rest;

a time for being vigorous,

a time for being exhausted;

a time for being safe,

a time for being in danger.

one who sees things as they are,

without trying to control them.

lets them go, lets them be

and lets them come their own way, and resides at the centre of the circle
