Damouchari, is a charming, off the beaten path seaside settlement in the Pelion region in Thessaly on mainland Greece. This is where our yoga retreat is taking place: daily meditations, yoga, somatic movements and contemplations so as beach time, kayaking, hiking and resting.

Day 1 – Earth – Feet & legs – Standing – Grounding

Day 2 – Water – Pelvis & hips – Vinyasa Flow – Flowing

Day 3 – Fire – Spina & core – Core work – Aligning

Day 4 – Air – Shoulders and Breath – Back bends – Heartscape

Day 5 – Space – Neck and head – Inversions and Forward bends – Expanding space and time

Day 6 – Quintessence – The whole being - Delight

Timetable

8am Meditation

8:30am Breakfast

10am Hatha Yoga & TRE

1:30pm Lunch

Free time (beach time, massage, hiking, kayaking, resting)

5pm Yin Yoga

7pm Dinner

When do we meet?

Date coming as soon as the Volos airport is reopened for London flights.

Where:

Damouhari Hotel, Damouchari, Pelion Peninsula, 37012, Greece

(1h15 minutes away from Volos airport and 3.5h away from Thessaloniki airport )

The cost of trasport from and to the airport is not inclucded but I will be coordinating the shared taxi pick ups and drop offs)

Investment:

£890 - twin/double en suite

£1200 - single en suite

(Includes accommodation, all the meals, yoga and somatic practices)

Deposit payment: £250 (non-refundable)

The remaining payment is due 10 weeks before the retreat.

Cancellation Policy:

The deposit itself is non-refundable.

8 weeks before 75% refund

4 weeks before 50% refund

2 weeks before, there is no refund

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, and we will do our best to resell your place. If this is possible, we will be more than happy to give you a full refund, minus the £150 non-refundable deposit.

If we need to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit that you paid. We cannot be held liable for any expenses which you may have incurred, such as travel, hotels or exchange rate losses.

All participants must take full responsibility for themselves and accept the potential health risks associated with coming together as a group.

Life can be unpredictable, so we strongly recommend you take out insurance to protect against illness, travel disruption and unforeseeable circumstances which may prevent you from attending the workshop.
